In addition to the Start-Up Reality Consultation, I Offer a Host of Services to Support Founders and Small Business
  • Startup Reality-Check

This our initial consultation. We work with those who are just getting started, or those who have made it down the path a ways and need – or would like some assistance, We call it the Reality-Check as we work together to examine your idea, your desire to be a founder, your existing knowledge. We discuss both emotional, financial, and operational aspects of your idea. I offer a plan for moving forward even if that may mean a re-examination and reassessment of the challenges that need to be overcome. The cost is $150.00 and you leave with a tangible strategy and an outline of my recomendations for next steps,

  • Strategic Coaching

This is a one-on-one, or one on two strategic coaching session or sessions. Topics and structure are built together to address specific needs. The base price for coaching is $100 per hour.

  • General Information

Sometimes you simply need someone to bounce ideas off of. Maybe you’d like a devil’s advocate – sometimes the best way to vett an idea is to simply have someone deliberately poke holes in it. I can provide that service. The case price for any type of General Information session is $100 per hour.

  • The “6 Pack”

I work with you and your business for 6 sessions, with each session lasting around 90 minutes. These sessions are structured to fit the needs of the situation, with my guidance as needed. The sessions can be spaced so that assistance can be provided over a span of time allowing for a sequence such as; planning, permiting, construction, inspection, installation, and operational readiness. The base price for the “6 Pack” is $1500.00.

  • Base Consulting Fee

I base my rates on my Base Consulting Fee of $100 an hour. Depending on needs, preparation time, materials, and expenses, this price can vary and will be assessed on an as needed basis.

  • Bookkeeping

I generally dont work as a long-term bookkeeping solution. But since it’s one of the most imortant parts of getting started, I can get you started on track, especially if you decide to use Quickbooks. I can get your bookkeeping set up and accounts working properly and either help begin train the person who’s going to be responisble for bookkeeping if you pan to keep it in house, or help transition to the person or service you eventually decide to use.

  • Site Inspections

I can walk a site prior to to signing a lease to help ascertain if the space is appropriate for the desired operation.
